BYOAK (Bring Your Own API Key): Connect your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, or other LLM API key to the pipeline on any plan. Your key, your data — no shared-pool limits and full data sovereignty. Required on Enterprise.
Common questions
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards via Helcim, a Canadian payment processor. Interac and Canadian debit are also supported.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing month.
Is my card data stored on your servers?
No. Payment processing uses Helcim's PCI-compliant hosted checkout (HelcimPay.js). Card data never touches Tavi infrastructure.
What does BYOAK mean?
Bring Your Own API Key. Connect your own LLM provider key (OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.) to bypass shared-pool limits and keep your data out of shared infrastructure.
