Privacy and data requests — to exercise your rights under PIPEDA or Alberta PIPA (access, correction, deletion, portability), email privacy@heytavi.ca. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Response within 10 business days.
Security vulnerabilities — to report a security issue or responsible disclosure, email security@heytavi.ca. Please include a description of the issue and steps to reproduce. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers.
General inquiries — for all other questions about the Service, email hello@heytavi.ca.
